An acupuncturist is a profession that can be held by a person who has obtained both the national qualifications of ``acupuncture therapist'' and ``acupuncturist'' certified by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare, and uses acupuncture and moxibustion to treat pressure points throughout the body. This qualification allows you to improve symptoms through stimulation.

Acupuncture treatment does not have the addictive side effects that occur with some drugs, so please feel free to visit us.
However, if you are receiving acupuncture treatment for the first time, you may experience temporary symptoms such as sluggishness and fatigue. In Chinese medicine, this is called the ``dizziness phenomenon'' or ``improvement reaction,'' and it is considered to be evidence that the treatment is working, and positive effects can be expected as the treatment progresses. It will disappear in half a day to a day, but if you feel anxious or concerned, please feel free to contact our clinic. The practitioner will give you appropriate advice.

In the case of acute symptoms (such as a strained lower back), it is better to concentrate on short-term therapy (every 2-3 days) to see a faster reduction in pain.
For chronic symptoms (symptoms that have existed for many years), it is best to treat the treatment once or twice a week, and gradually increase the interval between visits as the symptoms change.
Other treatments vary depending on the disease, but treatment is generally once a week or four times a month.
After symptoms improve, many people receive treatment once every 3 to 4 weeks to manage their condition.

Blood circulation improves after receiving acupuncture treatment.
If you take a bath immediately after your treatment, you will be more likely to feel hot, so we recommend waiting at least an hour before taking a bath.
Please note that the same applies if you take a sauna or bath before your treatment.
